Shipping Information

Continental U.S.

All orders are shipped either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. 1 to 3 days shipping time is standard, depending on your location and the size of your order. Shipping cost is determined by the weight of your order.

All our shipping cartons are Styrofoam lined for insulation and protection. For large, multiple box orders to one location, UPS Ground service will be less. For shipping costs on large orders, please contact our order department (Jim) at 502-634-3300.

International and Hawaii Orders

For orders shipping to Hawaii, or an international location, please contact us by email with your order request, and we will respond with the correct shipping amount.

Gifts

All individual box orders are shipped in our specially designed, Styrofoam-lined mailers (pictured below) to ensure freshness and protection during shipment. Not only do these mailers provide an impressive presentation, we will also include a personalized greeting card when sending our chocolates as a gift.
